if driving without license is a criminal offence.

then the owner of the car allowed the car to be driven, that is abetment to a crime.

then in singpaore law, don't the "abettor" get the same punishment as the "abettee".

my relative son.cos i was sharing with my relative that i was caught by police stop for driink driving,so his son came up and asked me,wat will be the consequence if he got stop by the police without a license?..

And he was also asking me, what if his parents do not know,and he drove it without their consent,wat consequence will their parents get?

I was serving national service few years back, one of my camp mate drove his father’s car without license. At one time while he was driving, he spotted police car, feeling panic he banged onto the police car.

Just a question. Lets say TP stop over your vehicle and realise that u do not have a valid driving lic. So what happens next? Do they just fine you and release you to make your way back?...or they bring you to the station?? but tp can pillion meh?? wad happen to the car?? do they leave it just like tat??

they might even consider slapping you with a ticket........just be careful........you can do everything.....but if caught..........you know what you will be getting......

the parent will be ask to go to the station for their statement. Afterall its their son/daughter who took the keys without their knowledge.

But most parents will ask the officer to give chance etc ...
