MooKu SG It's all flour... but the kind of flour is different... and they taste different too... don't they? Pasta has more bite... Yellow noodles have that... funny taste... Soba taste like... something... Egg noodles taste like eggs... Udon sticks to the teeth a little... Bee hoon is plain and hard... Glass noodles are given a very nice name in Japan... harusame... literally "spring rain"...
the Bear SG bought already.. the wa-kor is.. uhh.. translated from chinese = bowl cake some kind of something like radish cake thingy in a bowl but not from radish.. i think from rice flour and other things.. with minced pork and mushrooms and a nice savoury sauce... quite nice
