The law is actually very simple. Whatever is written n the
statute is the law itself. There is no other colours.
It only depends on if the police want to take action. Usually,
police don't take actions on such little thing like forum remarks.
But the police HAVE to take action if someone launches an NP 299
(i.e. Police Report)
So, be careful what you say.
