not really, cause the type of tuner used by these piano
technicians are different, and most go by years of experience and
hear through their ears. And the adjustments of those hammer, pad,
and tightening of strings is not easy. Dont forget that some
mysterious coins do somehow gets into the piano, and these people
would be the one repairing and retrieving.
