First of all we do not need a new organisation to punish the
criminals.
There is already a police force. However, do we remember the case
when 1 guy got 4 teeth knocked out and the police never detain the
suspect immediately?
Only when the Media exposed the incident, the the spokesman for the
police say the suspect will be detained.
Police agrued that they do not have that much power to detain a
person.
There is huge implications behind the punching incident using the
insufficient power to detain a person as a lame excuse.
(As for the implications behind the above case, you guys should
have guessed it. If not, I will keep this opinion to myself)
Follow HongKong's case study for example, they write laws to
prevent vulgarity in the train of HK.
Using existing resources to achieve the same goal.
Sorry.
Education is impossible to stop all this.
Unless you are a little children who can be easily influenced by
education.
Then once you grow up and have your bullying character moulded into
you,
You cannot be educated so easily.
When will verbal abuse stop???
I believe it will stop until the day somebody put a stand to his
principles and do not tolerate verbal abuse or any kind of
bullying.
We must have zero tolerance in bullying.
Zero tolerance is impossible now if you considered the current
singaporean values.
Their values are eaten by dogs.
(I apologise if it sound too harsh. Correct me if I am wrong)
PS:I am not a uncle. I am a mid-20s single bachelor. LOL
