this testbed is only open to corporate car fleet.
sg garment should start earlier. then we can have a better
cutting edge to implement a pollution free locomotive
solution. this will make sg more livable and more FT will come and
squeeze with us. then more culture exchange. more confusion, more
fun. hehe
