Most obvious is Trueno has pop-up headlights and Levin has those "normal" headlights.

Its FR so I don't see why not, although its tricky to. U'd certainly have to upgrade the suspension components. There is a ER34 being used in D1 by Ken Nomura, aka the Monkey. Won't say its the drift king but Ken is one of the top drifters in Japan and seemingly the only one using the ER34 in D1.
