95% of van drivers dont think 70km/h is reasonable..
i seen most vans, once enter expressway, straightaway go lane 2 and
whacking 80-90kmh.... very common you see them going above 100kmh
at lane1 also...
same goes for cabstars
Let them speed for all they want, they are putting themselves in
danger...only that the incident never happen to them.
Just siam them on the road.
