There are IDIOTS like these everywhere, everyday.
I know it is hard not to get furious when people are inconsiderate.
But in a situation where even you're in the right of way, there's
really nothing more you can do but honk the car in front, holding
you up. Unless of course, you want to risk getting on the wrong
side of the Law by getting out of your car, walking over to the
other car and let yourself go on the IDIOTS concern.
Really not worthwhile....
Just wait, and horn loud and long, until the car in front either
moves off or, the driver gets out and come to you....
.. and then what? Fist fight?....
