haha, cannot jump into the wrong conclusion. i try not to make a
judgement b4 hearing both side of the story.
anyway speaking of shouting in mrt, i once heard this lady yelling
and scolding her house helper in the bus. call her stupid and
stuff. then hung up in a huff, then later pick up again and give
her more chores to do as a "punishment".
