mschumacher84 SG i've been there, there is a top deck..quite romantic..think closing hours are for the shops there..parking is free at the roadside.
ueo SG marina south pier opens 24hr, but the shops there are not. beware while parking roadside, always got parking attendent drop by that area.

drumstick SG Eh….now they open liao ar?? that time went there, they place blockage at the hump…sianzz.. since then no go there play the round about liao which is at the end of the road. The bend before the hump oso fun to play…hehehe
