After explaining why the vendor could not deliver in the
timeframe needed because they are a start up and resource for them
is tight.
My boss called me a failure and piled all his responsibilities to
me. Continue to do so in meetings in front of my team so much so
that the team also refused to work with me. Continued to call me
failure for the half year while I work at the project completing it
till 90%. Everytime I report things to him, he will always point
out how I failed this and that. He's highly critical and he views
women in the work place as fish on bicycles. And he's a 30+ year
old guy. Anyways, till this day, when something goes bad, he and
his team comes to complain to my new boss and lodge a complain that
I had indirectly caused something to happen. Actually, I cannot be
bothered.
