latest thinking from another source is that he is a member of a
South American gang of thieves (hence his appearance) that is
targeting singapore's busy places such as sim lim, shopping
centres, airports etc. so be aware!
and yes... i was rather engrossed in the discussion with the sales
person. i had put the bag down after getting a few items out to
discuss. i do feel stupid having done that, because i normally keep
things close and almost never put down my bag etc.... i did have
all pockets full, with wallet, camera, portable hdd and phone (as I
was talking about compatibility of these with the device being
considered for purchase)... so lucky he didn't get those items...
but he did get a big bonus.... $$$$ (well u need it when
shopping!!!) and some other gadgets i had just bought. Other things
such as ID etc were locked up at home haha.
