I would rather spend the money on a luxury car or a big saloon car… What is the point of getting a chiong car in Singapore? How much can you chiong? Think about it. Those who really have money to spend on chiong cars or otherwise, probably have money to pay their fines or tickets to Sepang too. The world doesn't just consist of Singapore you know.

Yupz... agree with what you said... it's all a matter of personal preference.... if you have the money, u have the choice... but i know there is quite a handful of ah bengs who pay through their nose just to buy a cheong car....

Well, sometimes I just dont like the attention tht chiong cars get... some people go "ooooooooooooooh" and "ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" when they see chiong cars but these chiong cars arent really tht cool wat... price wise, there're lots of cars in singapore that costs much more.... performance wise is the same.... maybe it's performance at a relatively cheap price tht made it attractive....

And to all the WRX fans, WRX doesnt win rallies very often u know?

Hmm... but seriously, that Evo's going to eat a big chunk out of that $5k every month. Not that ridiculous though... I get by on less than $5k minus Evo every month. So I guess it all boils to what you want to do with your money.
