Ever wondered what
the insides
of the skull looks like when
the brain is
removed? Well, the
ages old question is answered in the autopsy
photo above. I
know you would naturally expect there to be a hole for the spine,
but it’s not until you see a photo taken from this viewpoint when
you realize that the hole looks like washroom drain. This is the
type of view all of us who don’t work as morticians are deprived
of.
From the condition of her skin, I’m
judging the victim is a woman in her 30′s. I don’t know any more
details regarding her death – why she’s dead, what killed her,
where it took place, etc. If anyone knows please share. So far the
best autopsy photo I’ve seen. Mot other photos are taken from other
angles, never really exposing the insides of the skull in such
clear way. They sure cut them up well during autopsy,
eh?
