WongCH SG when you are driving at night, do you always experieced people driving with their highbeams on all the time? so are modified until its so glaring even from far.. is it legal to do that in singapore? what is the reason for these drivers to use highbeam and power lights?

Ponders SG i posted a similar thread 2 months ago... anyway.. i think you can forget about ppl having "High Beam" manners outside developed countries. singapoer not too bad, in Indonesia, everybody seem to have their high beam on.
Ponders SG THat's why it makes it worse. You high beam in a crowded dark roads, you blind a person more than a person higbeaming you in a well-lit road.
