I think its probably a bit cheaper then that even.
theres one i found in the London area, where u join up their
membership which is per annum. Cheapest rate is 25 pounds a year
(about S$75) and then u can use their service anytime u want,
unlimited.
Good advice, particularly if theres a whopping great sticker on
your car window and a big yellow clamp on the wheel.
Or if youre pissed out of your mind.

out and get drunk, if yr car is wheel-clamped, or if u need to go
to the airport, u can call them and they will wait with yr car and
get it unclamped while u go attend to other appointments, or they
come and then drive u to or from the airport in yr car, so u don't
have to park it at the airtport. Very very useful service.
