let’s say that your fren has revved all the way to 8000rpm and
the cab driver revvs until the transmission changes gear, as u can
see from the figures, the maximum torque and hp arrive at much
lower rpms than the rx-8. Thus, before the rx-8 reaches its
powerband, the merc cab has already reached it and is long gone..
perhaps yr fren might win if the road is longer.
