elmoloveyou SG The safe period will be the week after yr menses.... but it varies wif individuals.... Same as kopi...use a condom... Menses r always irregular
lv_gal SG (been clarify by doctor)... usually the the safe day is 1st day of gal having period - 9th day of period... from 10th day onwards better dun try. cos high risk getting pregnant... if gal come regular every month and able to estimate it next period date, then 2days b4 period also consider safe period.... But using condom is safer............
