car accident scenerio(how do u guys react?)

Hi bro,

let say, u met with an accident with your car. Your rear bumper banged into a wall which caused no injury and no damage to the public. TP came and say since no injury and no damage to the public, TP wont take down the statement on the spot,right?

Then TP say,to make a police report to the neighbouring police post.
My question is, can i dont make a police report and go to my workshop and repair myself?I.e i dont claim insurance,so that nobody even LTA will know?

Well..in that type of situation, as long as there is no 2nd party involve...no cars...no people... no injury and no damage to public properties like eg. railings, fencing etc and most of all..no one notice, you do not need to make a police report at all.

It will treated as self-made accident. You can even make insurance claim under that type of situation where no report is needed. (thats what i did)...
