Some, setup agencies and some went into retailing... own
boss.
The initial period tends to be quite sucked-up as there are many
fresh grads out there and starting pay.. whether u like it or not..
is LOW. And, LONG hours in some cases.
Have to move on to see pay increment. Pick up as much as u can in
the first yr of work. The printing process, workflows, laising wif
vendors/clients, initiatives, team player and such. These are some
of the values that ur next employer will like to see.
