In John 9 : Jesus heals a man (lets just calls him A) that was
born blind by
1) splitting on the ground, and make mud
2) spread the mud over the blind man's eyes
3) tell him to go wash in the pool of siloam.
The man obey, and is healed.
In Matthew 9, Jesus heals 2 blind man (lets call them B and C) by
just touching their eyes, and says "because of your faith, it will
happen"
The story goes...
One day these 3 man happen to meet each other, they were praising
God and thanking Him for their healing.
A decided to tel B and C how Jesus heal him by using the 3 steps
method by using mud, and how he obey and was healed.
B and C then shares with A on how Jesus simply laid His hands on
them and they got healed.
On hearing their describtion, A shouts at them, saying, both of you
don't understand, there must be 3 steps to follow, there must be
you doing something, else its dishonoring to the Lord and it won't
work/last...
And this is how denominations are form....
Denominations are like little compartments where a finite man tries
(in vain) to limit the infinite God within his own finite
understanding.
