They should warn the drivers not to stop inside the yellow box junction and also make the yellow box move further up (longer.) Otherwise, I travel that way a few times a day and sometimes I get so fed up I just blow my horn and a few other cars join in and make a racket. Worse when you are rushing so as not to be late...
casino_king SG Exactly, but usually at the edge of the box, just inside the box, nobody really pays attention but in this case, being inside the box even a little cause big problems for the cars turning right...

casino_king SG at first i thought so too... then i realise that the traffic lights have 2 modes. One the link road will go green just after the cars turning into PIE from Still Road is allowed and so there are no problems. The other mode, link road turns green while the Still road turning into PIE is still red and the cars are stuck. That's when the problem starts if cars are in the yellow box even if they at the edge just inside of the box.

AdAptAliS SG I think they're changing the junction there completely. Instead of the current chaotic 2 junction system. To a 1 junction system. Much like most of the other flyover ones along PIE. (Eg. Paya Lebar)

nullifi3d SG Means the lites will be green for them to go straight in stead of waiting at the other traffic lite. Like someone mentioned it will be similar to the paya lebar flyover junction.
JeremyRyan SG i understand your fustrations. this PIE still road cock up has been on ever since then. cause not all drivers have the “li rang jing shen” in them. they cant give n take la, got 1 time i also kena same as u, i “tailgated” my front car cause my back has no space anymore, however the car in front of me has such a big gap that can put 1 GoldWing spacing… but cant blame them la, most drivers are kayu kuku
