The best is to study everything. Don't spot questions. While
almost all the time the teachers will be right, there are quite a
few occasions that they are wrong.
Sometimes, the questions can also cut across a few chapters, so
even while your teachers are right about it, you never know about
those other chapters.
Rather, put them in the form of domains.
For example, Education & Health is one domain. Then put the
chapters that are related under this domain. A few chapters will be
looking at Singapore's system, and a few chapters will be looking
at another country's system.
