Wah, you still remember ah.. haha. Yup, i got it last weekend,
finally.... 
Turned out that Tan Chong took such a long time because it was
betting for the COE to drop, so they waited for 3 biddings. But
unfortunately for them, the COE rose steadily so they got no choice
but to cut their profit and gave me an 11k open cat COE (i booked
the car when the COE was 9.5k). Haha. I think my SE also got no
face to ask me to top up, cos he was the one who promised me one
and a half months ago that he had already secured an open cat COE
for me, which has obviously turned out to be a lie.
The cefiro looks quite nice in the interior, what i don't like are
the brakes (which produce a very long braking distance) and the
road noise transmitted into the cabin through the tyres that is
particularly intrusive when travelling along expressways. I wonder
if the new Camry (or the current one) has these problems.
