firstly, do you act ah gua or not? Secondly, when they ask you
about how you react, must first always ascertain:
First Class or Business class passenger? Ang moh or local? If first
class / business class ang moh, then must say "I will apologise
profusely for my stupid and childish mistake. I will kowtow to them
and beg for forgiveness and promising to change. I will speak in
the most gentle voice and most feminine of geasture. I will give
them a charmed smile and will pay utmost attention to them
throughout the flight - attending to all their needs. No request of
theirs is too minute."
If its Economy class local passenger, I will put on my elite,
uncaring face and tell them stiffly that "Sir / Mdm, next time
please be more careful. We don't want locals to be disrupting the
flight for the peace and enjoyment of our privileged passengers in
the front cabins.
At no times, I will apologise to the local passengers especially if
they sit in the econcomy class cabin as I have to uphold the
professional image of the carrier - the first and business class
passenger always get more priority and attention.
try the above - I am sure you will be shooed in as leading steward
in no time.
