If you are a christian, go for prayers and find out if this has got
to do with the spiritual stuff. If yes, see what can be done to
deliver you from all these, for eg , healing or if it is
appropriate cast out the spirit.
If you are a taoist or buddhist, go pray in the temple and get
talismen. Or consult the medium.
So far according to my experience and other people's experience,
the above works.
I have many different encounters. There was once the unclean spirit
wanted to get in my body, but was unsuccessful so it zoomed off
through the window as a gust of wind. This was very eerie, it was
