Actually SMRT is really horrible
There's many reasons...
1) Really not enough buses deployed, for example 190... Last time
under SBS, SBS deployed 43 double decker and 1 single decker...
SMRT only deploys 24 bendy and 12 single deckers.. Obviously SMRT
could only furfill 2/3 of the demand
2) Passengers dun wanna move in. In fact I suspect because of the
design of the SMRT buses, the driver themselves can't spot the big
lobang behind most of the times
