choco B SG I think stockings are part of the uniform for some ITE or Shatec? (not sure) But they'd be too troublesome and delicate for normal school days, especially if still got to change into PE attire, etc.

edLow SG During school related project presentation (those major type), one need to dress up very formal. I think stocking also is required too.
