If you were wondering why NetCom is not taking actions, imo i think
there is nothing to be solved. You stalked/harressed someone =

Most of your spamming logs were sent to NetCom, if you think u were
logged in behind a anon proxy/sock you are so wrong
you would have probably won if you didn't start spamming and mass
emailing all opers. there's no point in asking for help and then
taking things into your own hands. you can either choose one.
