jaywalkers are giants.
Anyway, talking about chinese nationals, i ALMOST bang down 2
jaywalkers on East Coast EXPRESSWAY.
you know there is a gentle bend aroudn the exit to Siglap. They
were attempting to cross behind the bend and worse they were
wearing dark clothes.
WHen i realised they were there, i was like 1 seconds away from
them. how do you expect me to avoid them?
Now the law is still too complicated if you kill a jaywalker, most
of the time you get off with negligent act causing death.
Also dependant on the person you killed also....in order from most
serious
1) Ang moh, very seroius offence
2) white collared foreigner or talented foreigner (eg Melvin
Tan)
3) tourists
4) Kids and students
5) white collared, middle class locals
6) All other Singaporeans
7) Foreign construction workers
people in Vice industry
9) Illegal immigrant.
