Don't be self conscious. And... turn off your computer, get out
of that bloody seat, sms some friends and go out chiong! After u've
had enough drinks to be a tad high, just make a note of how
inhibited you are in your actions / talking to people .... remember
it, coz that's the level of abandon/openness/energy that will draw
friends to you.
As for keeping friends, that's another ball game altogether.
