there is one inside the singapore zoo, next to the orang utan cage. they provide FBM for free.

my car’s polished at JuzzBrilliant, located at 5th level of Sin Ming Autocare and they use Meguiar’s products. my ride’s black but still looks as good as the day i got it, you can give them a try. the boss’ name is edwin.

i paid for a package that works out to about $60+ per session.

non package charges are like $200+/- , using the Meg #21 sealant. expensive but good stuff though... you do get what you pay for. i think he also offers cheaper stuff like Meg Gold etc.

his number's 91062909, better to call and ask, as they quote different prices for different car sizes. edwin's crazy about car detailing, so he'll be able to tell you more.

If you are driving a black car, you should consider Zaino dude. Wettest looks and damn easy to apply if you want to DIY.

i don't want to DIY, that's why i go to a grooming centre.

anyway, if i remember what i was told, Meg gold contains carnauba but Meg #21 is fully synthetic.

I dont quite agree with what this guy has to say.

a) If your car has just bad swirl marks, it is best that you dont waste time and send it to professional polisher to get rid of it.

b) if you are going to spend $100 on a polish, the last thing you want is to lose your shine in 1 to 2 weeks. Not sure why he didnt want to talk about how lasting are the 2 products even if you wash your car every other day.

my car all the way is DIY polish one wad....cut costs is liddat one ma...if u dun have the time 2 polish yr car on weekends or can afford 2 loosen yr purse strings then i say go for it....but u wun get the sense of satisfaction when u see yr car shiny..... Laughing

not trying to bias, but if you want value for money you should try geting a package of 4 to 5 session, which will last you for a year. try www.groomworks.com, they are established and good. (call for appointment)

If you do DIY, you should check out zaino dude. Shine is unbelievable, lasting (non wax) and most importantly easy to apply.

Hi,

I need some advice on how to remove some stain which is on my car now..
No matter how i rub or clean with wax lah or blah blah.. those stupid stain wouldn't go away.. Looks like dried white paint.. but from far looks like bird poo!!! So unsightly.. Will going to those grooming centre works??

Please help.. It has been there for 3 weeks.. and i got feedback saying "eee.. y u dun remove those bird poo.." Rolling Eyes
