105090 SG i hate taxis cabbies always complain no passengers, diesel run until empty. ask them go near destinations, not happy (eg. from Changi airport to pasir ris). ask them go far also not happy (eg. city to woodlands).. flag down also not happy. $2.50 booking also not happy. passengers always complain cabbies keep playing hide and seek, refuse to pick up passengers for no reason.. long ridiculous Queues everywhere
newcomer SG u mean waiting in those taxi stands just outside the entrance of a building rite? i don’t understand why ppl like to queue up there when u can just take a 1 min walk to the otherside of the building a hail a cab anytime.
dahliamorie SG i called a cab yesterday morning and i was told that the cab would arrive in 5 to 7 minutes. i went out from my friend's flat after 5 minutes and on my way out(locking the door alr) the cab drive called and went "where are you!" went down to the lift lobby and the cab was nowhere in sight. nb. called the cab driver on his phone and he didn't pick up. called the cab company and apparently, my booking was canceled and i had to make another booking and wait for 7 to 9 minutes again. waste my time. cb attitude cab driver.
toyota-corolla SG but during peak hour, confirm phone line busy. i've tried before. i was once rushing to ACSI in the morning for their investiture and i wanna hail a cabbie, but end up all hired, next, tired calling taxi company from the biggest fleet to the most expensive, still no answer. end up we walk there.
