erm, not for me. there is a mini plaza just across the street so
i can walk there. there's a chinese grocers and a few chinese
eateries.
no, it's pretty safe to walk. there are rough areas but those are
far from where i live.
i mean ontario is hugh eh, so yah, driving is quite a necessary. i
was trying to get a land tour to vancouver and my oh my, after 2
days on the bus, we will still be in ontario!!!! 
of course, i gave up. i rather
fly.
