mean although he cheated all the donors of nkf, sold his assets,
left the country, ran from the law, but with him, nkf still open a
substantial number of dialysis branches( maybe without him even
more?)
The papers have already sugar and candy coated his returning to
singapore, say probably we should prepare some confetti and welcome
him back.......
