actually not all are bad, there's some good ones out there
too.
for example, i attend wif my sis this talk where they ask us to
invest in properties in uk, but jus ask, not a must. After which
they give us $80 tangs vouchers... wow.. damnned good le, where on
earth will ppl give u $$$ to listen for 1-2 hours???
anyway u hv guessed it, i've spent e $80 vouchers, too bad canot go
again, if not sure go!
