i have my haircuts at malay barber all my life. then the uncles
will always bend my ears n fold them n manoever them around when he
wants to cut the hair around/behind my ears. so uncomfortable
siah
then when he moves the comb back n forth during haircut on my head,
sometimes it will knock or scratch my ears. i feel irritated.
n its not like my ears r protruding or big or whatever.
then sometimes when they wanna cut a particular side of your head
or whatever, they will push your head to an angle to suit
them.
n worse of all, when they use the blade to shave your side burns,
its like scraping your skin off! feel quite painful also. thats why
a few years ago i decided to tell the barber not to use the blade
to shave me anymore. i rather go home n use Gillette to
shave.
n by right they suppose to change blades for every customer (for
hygiene reasons), but some of these barbers wont change unless u
request. wah lau. n worse still, maybe they will change for u a
used blade (which has been perhaps washed?)
what i m saying is not referring to a particular barber. i feel
many malay barbers are like this.
do u guys experience this? how about for those who cut at $10
quickcut or saloon? does the hairdreeser does the same thing to u?
or is it just these malay barbers?
