Sheng Siong staff have very strick and clear instructions not to
piss off customers. I see them labouring under pressure, and
harried, and have irritating customers in the way, and yet maintain
their cool. That's what the poor boy was doing.
Perhaps you could have ask the auntie, why the boy put so many EXIT
signs up, it is not his job what, and watch the auntie come to her
senses.
