Today, i witnessed this event.
The DM reprimanded a boy that was consistently late, he confronted
him by saying:"Nabei chee-bai" then used his finger to poke his
face and clenched his other fist.It was raised and ready to strike
him, the boy kept covering his face.That boy is a guai lan kia and
always find trouble with gangsters.
Everyone laughed. 
Very few such DMs left..people said he used to be a pai kia
himself..
