Hosting Fees

Robin, just a reminder, we have to cough up $110 for the hosting fee and re-registration of the domain name.

Maybe you can can also think of how we can work this amount into the membership fees in the future.

We should also look out for friends or organisations who are kind enough to provide us with a server foc. That will save us $85 a year.

If Terence has no objections, Robin, Russ, Terence and myself will foot the bill for this year then. In the future, the cost will be worked into the membership fees.

From next season onwards, SGD$3 will be added to the current fees.

Agreed, but I suggest we let the treasurer do the maths and propose the actual amount to charge in the membership fees.

Robin, please refer to one of my earlier posting for my suggestion. You do the maths and see if it works.
