Where to watch sunrise in East Coast Park?

Try bedok jetty if you wanna be more far out onto the sea. The rest of East Coast is more or less the same…....I mean for a view of sunrise.

Bedok Jetty is in East Coast Park. That's the best one can get, in my opinion.
