Well, that's how the things go... design on the lower end will cost
less. That said, that may not be necessarily so cos that freelancer
might have other jobs on hand too... so he or she may weight up the
options and proceeds to do a 'fast' one.
U can oso opt to do this. Get 3 or more quotes on the printing
costs minus the designer fees. Followed by a quote from that
Freelancer on jus the design cost alone. As a freelancer, he or she
may have strong contact in a few printers.. so the markup will be
there.
