Detached SG The Detachee's Lets Quit Smoking Support Group Well, it all started 8 years ago when I was just beginning on my teenage. Was on the way to Taekwondo lesson and curiousity got better of me and I conveniently bought a pack and have been smoking since then. I've been wanting to quit for the past couple of years but kept procrastinating. To quit smoking was my 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 New Year's resolution Just last week, I decided to give up on the habit and went on cold turkey. It's the 8th day now; and many temptations I refused to succumb to. It's easier than I thought it would be anyway... Really... Detached SG I'm unhappy and barely contented de_middle! Join me! The cause for no more nicotine! I totally abhor the usage of nicotine gums to quit smoking (I use nicotine gums on long distance flights to satisfy the hunger of lungs) Cold turkey go!

BadzMaro SG I just quit smoking nia. I think its easy.. if u put effort into it. Only thing is the awkwardnes for the first few months when in clubs , or drinking.. or after a nice meal... no cigarette.. felt like i forgot to wear my undies that kinda feeling.
sermodabian SG Jiayou~! I've heard of people who successfully quit for 3 months and then back to the habit. So its too early to say.
