Username already exists SG nowadays when looking for jobs companies will only hire experienced, but if they never even give those newbies a chance how they get experience? unless ur father open the company. haiz so dulan those companies

KenPlus SG Hahhaa can they will hire non experience BUT u have to quote low salary loh SIGH Somehow i felt wasting my time getting a degree,they don't really care what your education level,having a dlip is minimum all they care about is experience and expected salary That why now alot of people go to job agency to search for jobs
ispyyy SG nah.. job companies will only hire value for money workers.. if u r experience but yr pay is high, they wont hire if u r non experience but yr pay is market rate, they would prefer non experience workers

There are just too many university graduates in the market already. Humbling yourselves to acquire job experience is the way to distinguish yourselves from the others........

sheri SG Ya...think in real life its often hands on skills that matter. Think having a degree at least gives the person a chance to apply for certain jobs lor...that is its value. Or else cannot even get the entry level job. But once u get in...diploma/ degree/ watever does not matter as long as have the experience
