frankly speaking, drivers who don't signal are generally very
poor and weak in their driving and steering wheel control. On our
roads, you don't see many drivers signalling when making a turn or
changing lanes, this is because these drivers are not skilful enough to signal,
check mirrors and turn their steering wheel at the same time in one
movement and at high speed, shame on these people who have
difficult signalling, these bunch of drivers whose skills are
below average
should go and enrol for driving refresher's course and polish up
their driving skills.But on second thoughts, we should not blame
them for their poor skills but should sympathize with them instead.
Hopefully with more training, they can improve their skills to
signal when changing lanes and also to turn off their signal after
changing lanes.
