this thing is really bugging me alot.. conscience vs feelings.. theres dis conscience within me, tells me the right thing i should be doing, but my feelings reject it. THIS REALLY SUFFOCATES ME!!

any1 has this kind of experience too? come n share =)

well it happens la...between doin the things u want to do, n the thing which is to b done right...depends on the extent of consequences which the incident ur thinking of is causing...y do u feel like doing the wrong thing?why is the thing a right thing to do?whats the consequenceof ur actions if u were to do either one?what r u forgoing by doing either option?if u think that the consequences r bad enuf then dun do loh

Depends how u look at it. I see it as in the real world if its work n money , dun let conscience get the better of you. Or i wouldnt be where i am today. hehe

yeah… its like ” come on la be a MAN , do the right thing ” , but then i jus feel so sad. i cant get what i want after i put in everything, and then it says ” u dont always get wad u want tts just life ”. i hate dis freaking feeling where i noe wads right wads about life but then my feelings cant take it. Another suffering from the burdens of the world.

Well, i can see u are a decent fellow. Normally those with a conscience can differentiate whats right n whats wrong. Sometimes we try to give excuses to our actions to feel better. Just dont think too in-detail about it and u will be fine. U still have yet to face the hardship of life if u are still having these mixed conscience vs feeling situations. U are yet to make the hard choices in life. So just take it easy.

1. Do whatever you want to do as long as nobody get hurts/cheated/whatever

2. Dont do what you dun want others to do to you

3. Bad deeds lives with you forever, there's no undo button.

too vague, and sometimes, we may do things unintentionally that hurts others. sometimes, we end up committing mistakes others did.

let me give u another perspective..

1) As long as no one DIES by YOUR HAND.. or results in direct death of your decisions/actions.. its o.k... so u know what i mean.. whatever u do is all.. good. =)

2) Damned if you do.. damned if you dont... so just do it.

3)While doing something when ur conscience kicks in , tell urself this.. ' What gurantee that others wont do the same ?' so might as well be u that seize/sabo the situation right ?

4) In love.. every man for himself.. be it if he is a friend.. friend only. Not ur best buddy or whatever ... so its all good.

5)Accept the consequences of your actions. N try not to be reckless.

yep i get what u mean.thx alot..sian.. doing the right thing is very difficult.. sometimes i feel that im just a weakling, cause i try to put up a strong front..

theres more than meets the eye, but obviously nobody meets mine. yep, i realise nobody really understands me, even ppl whom i regard as close fren.

Like I said..these are just simple guidelines...not meant to be the ultimate formula to a perfect happy and honorable life.

The hard choices usually demand sacrifices or expense on either yourself or others.

This where the crunch time, are you willing to sacrifice so that other can benefit or you benefit yourself happy at the expense of others.

It's more of conscience versus your desires.

The thing is, what do you want in this case? Unconditional? Or are you willing to make a compromise?

Compromise helps a lot if you don't want to bear the burden of having done something you shouldn't have. Guilt is something you will carry for the rest of your life.

Nah, take your time to make decisions. You never want to regret one. Play around with the factors and think through it.

Just do things that yr conscience and feeling accept lor...
if yr conscience reject but feeling accept, dont do
if yr conscience accept but feeling reject, dont do

like i said.. just to ease the conscience.. no physical deaths. It hurts to know that u killed someone off emotionally.. but to keep it 'simple' thats why indirect or direct physical death.
