u noe, i had a pillow wif me that i carried everywhre( in the
house)
for more then 10 years it been in our family,
i like took over it,i used it until p6.. my mum dun1 me to
use it, as w/o i normally cant get to slp...
try, little by little...
may i ask , wad meaning does the bear hold for u?
