ytd night i and a few frens was siting down chatting and suddenly he said JDM cars are useless...i was a bit angry and challenge him for a race(but we are not doing it for safety reasons la)...after much debating,i found out that he only think about chionging on straights and not on conering and stuff...
so to say,he thinks that JDM cars are useless cause they cant keep up with conti cars on the straight...
so can u guys enlighten me so i could make him change his mind??

why do u wanna change his mind? he can think anything he wants to about Jap cars and/or conti cars mah..

one fine day he saved enuff and drive a conti.. then tio chiet by his neighbour in his humble honda.. a few times... then he will realise his mistake le lor...

ehh.. if u exclude super cars..

I actually think generally Jap cars are faster in the straights.. Conti cars should be better in handling.. at the same time, more challanging to drive.

To each, his or her own. Whats the point in proving that JDM is indeed better than conti cars for that matter. Will you not be able to sleep at night without knowing for sure? If you drive your JDM and you feel confident and good about it then that should be good anough for you.
I get tons of people saying the WRX is the best sports sedan to chiong in town, yet i don't go around shooting them down by saying "Ford Focus RS can beat the shiatz outta that puny Digital D car in corners" which is true to a certain extent.
Just enjoy your piece of treasure and forget about what others think.

The lambo starts poor.. but seems like catching up.. if the finishing line is further.. i think the lambo will win. But still, in general, JDM cars are better at straights.. (same cc and class).
