I won't say exactly stuck up, but more like Singapore's culture
maybe...? Comparing to the many other countries, Singapore can be
generally a more 'stuck up' look type of nation... Not only girls.
Singaporeans are listed as more 'unfriendly', remember? If local
guys can be generally more friendly, it could be that they're more
interested in girls maybe?
Generally, local girls exposed and open to a certain degree of
other countries' cultures are not as 'stuck up'.
